This private residence was designed in 1990 and was the first custom designed home at the Glenmoor County Club in Canton, Ohio. Sited on the Signature hole of the Jack Niclaus designed golf course J M Barkan designed both the exterior and interior spaces for this luxurious home. The residence living area as seen from the dining platform seating shows the spacious sweep of the dynamically slopped ceiling. Privacy is assured by the placement of the large glass walls away from the street traffic and featuring views of Glenmoor Country Club’s Jack Niclaus designed golf course.
A sunlit dining alcove off the kitchen was screened from the street by the natural hillside, which also screens the patio just outside.
